The iNode Care Sensor T is a wireless, high-precision temperature sensor with a built-in event logger. The measurement accuracy depends on the transducer used and ranges from ±0.1°C. The measured temperature is transmitted online in a broadcast frame every 0.3–10 s and can be archived in the internal memory along with the date and time (not in the +20 dBm version), which makes it possible to determine whether and when a threshold value has been exceeded. The sensor uses an LED to indicate that it is within range of the scanning device. It can work in conjunction with the iNode Care Relay – the configuration specifies the conditions for triggering an alarm and switching an external device on or off.
