Contact form
Data entered in the contact form (name, company, email, phone, message) is processed solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer – based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the data for the duration of the correspondence and afterwards for as long as necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
For security reasons we also record the sender’s IP address.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO).
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use analytics or advertising tools. We only store data required for the website to work, which does not require consent:
- the
langcookie – your selected language (12 months), - the
consentcookie – your choice regarding external content (12 months), - in browser storage – your light/dark mode preference.
Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, without third-party providers.
OpenStreetMap map
The contact page can display a location map provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom). The map is loaded only after you give your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your browser then connects to OpenStreetMap servers and sends them, among other things, your IP address. The United Kingdom is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. Details: OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
Visitor statistics
To understand which information is useful, we keep aggregate statistics on our own server: page views, page language, device type (desktop, phone, tablet), the domain of the referring website and the number of clicks on file links. The statistics do not use cookies and do not store IP addresses. To count unique visitors per day we use a one-way hash created with a random key that is deleted every day – it cannot identify a person or link visits across days. The data is not shared with third parties (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in improving the website).
