2. Deliveries

Orders are normally dispatched from stock 1-2 days after the order is placed.
Delivery terms follows Incoterms 2010, International Chamber of Commerce. Selection of the carrier and delivery route will be made by iNode.pl. iNode.pl provide the Customer with an estimated delivery date. The Customer acknowledges that any such delivery dates provided by iNode.pl are estimates only and that iNode.pl shall not be liable for failure to deliver on such dates. To all countries outside EU a commercial invoice is enclosed with all dispatches. In addition to information about buyer and seller it also contains information on the product’s country of origin. Our website contains both normally stocked products and products non stocked. As standard we ship the order when it’s fully complete with all items ordered.

3. Confirmation

Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email with your order information. Please save this email “Order receipt” to have on hand if you contact us.

4. Payment terms

We currently accept VISA and MasterCard or wire transfer. There is no card fee. Credit card payments are handled by our payment partner PayU in order to guarantee fast and safe payment. When placing an order, the entire order amount including shipping costs will be charged to the credit card used at the order placement. The complete order billing will be made at the time of placing the order. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a protocol for secure transmission of data over the Internet (or other networks). SSL protocol processing data in different ways, and encrypts the information. It requires that SSL is not disabled in your browser settings.

5. Freight cost

Shipping fee is based on the country the order will be shipped to, weight and independent of the number of products on the order, one shipping fee will be billed per shipment.

6. Prices

All prices in the web shop are in PLN/USD/EUR including VAT. In case of payment by PayU client is charged in PLN despite of the choosen currency. All prices are subject to change by iNode.pl without notice. If the price for a specific order due to such change should exceed the corresponding price in the web shop, the Customer may, immediately upon receipt of iNode.pl’s written confirmation of the order, by written notice to iNode.pl, cancel the order where upon neither party shall be under any further liability hereunder. Invoices are issued in PLN or EUR depending on payment currency.

7. Claims

The Customer shall examine the Products as soon as possible after their arrival at destination. Claims for shortages and damage must immediately be made to the carrier. The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Products unless written notice of rejection is received by iNode.pl within fourteen (14) days after delivery. If the goods are damaged or lost in transit iNode.pl and its carrier is responsible. Notify us directly for fastest service, but within a reasonable time if the customer was unable to point out the error on delivery. Returns and cancellations can be permitted in special instances subject to written agreement with iNode.pl. iNode.pl retains the right but not the obligation to debit any additional costs or non-attained trading profit. Consumers (non corporate customers) purchasing from iNode.pl at our web shop will receive information at the delivery about the terms and conditions and what to do if you want to regret the purchase. If you want this information prior to delivery, please call our sales department.

9. Return policy

The ordered goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. In accordance with the law on the rights of the consumer of 30 may, 2014. This right is limited to consumers, does not apply to contracts with traders. A consumer is a natural person with the entrepreneur legal act not directly related to its business or professional. An entrepreneur is a natural person, legal person or an organizational unit has the legal capacity (e.g. limited partnership) and operating on their own behalf, business or professional activity.

10. Warranty

If service or repair of products purchased from iNode.pl should be necessary, you must always contact our sales department before returning the product.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and the Contracts concluded hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
