iNode LAN Camera is a combination of 5MPx camera with JPEG compression and with full BLE functionality (Bluetooth Smart, IoT-Internet of Things). Using the iNode LAN Camera you can easily associate the user identifier iNode Beacon with a recorded image (access control) or start recording when for example iNode Care Sensor #1 raises alarm associated with the opening of the door to the room or sensor iNode Care #5 detects vehicle in front of the gate.

iNode LAN Camera to broadcast over the Internet or LAN uses the HTTP/POST so you can easily capture pictures, even on free virtual servers or cheap network drives. In order to ensure privacy of content written each JPEG image is ARCFour encoded using different 128-bit key. This key is encoded in a cryptographic device using AES128 algorithm (there is no way to read out the device once the master key entered) and written to the header of the JPEG image. Decryption of the JPEG image is made in the user web browser. Without the knowledge of the master key, no one can watch so recorded pictures.

In addition to this iNode LAN Camera can send the image to the IP image recorder such as the Synology Surveillance Station.

Output can be set on/off autonomously on the basis of the iNode identifiers list, or remotely (through LAN) for example from the iNode Lock. By default, the device has DHCP enabled - this way it obtains the network address parameters. The device has a built-in UPnP protocol which enables Windows to find the device and show it in My network places.

    • main password for JPEG encryption;
    • user password for the built-in HTTP server;
    • admin password for the built-in HTTP server;

Apps for ANDROID and WINDOWS. Application iNodeSetup.exe works on Windows with Bluetooth adapter based on chipset CSR8510 or the iNode Serial Transceiver USB, iNode LAN. On Linux the iNode Serial Transceiver USB and/or iNode LAN is needed and e.g. Ubuntu with Wine installed (described in FAQ section).
